About the event
A monthly gathering where tea becomes the bridge between stillness and practice — inspired by the Japanese tea ceremony, its slowness, its silence, and the spirit of ichigo ichie: one encounter, never to happen quite the same way again.
We open with tea — its story, its gesture — before settling into shared meditation and Reiki practice together, live on Zoom. No prior Reiki training needed.
